Wigglitz is a collectibles brand that designs and sells small collectible figurines in rotating themed series like Ocean, Farm, and Fantasy. What started with a single 3D printer has grown into a multi-channel brand with subscription boxes, build-a-bundle customization, and a thriving collector community.
The Challenge
As Wigglitz grew quickly, its financial systems couldn't keep up. Accounts receivable, accounts payable, accounting, and reporting were all running on processes that were breaking under the strain of growth, creating errors, blind spots, and a lack of reliable numbers to make decisions on.

Rebuilt the company's entire financial infrastructure from the ground up.
